Couples / Marriage Counselling
Rebuilding Connection, Understanding, and Trust
Every relationship experiences challenges. Over time, communication can break down, misunderstandings can grow, and the closeness that once came easily may begin to feel out of reach. Couples counselling provides a safe and supportive space to explore these challenges together and strengthen your relationship from a place of respect, curiosity, and care.
I work with couples using the Gottman Method, a research-based approach that focuses on enhancing communication, deepening friendship and intimacy, and managing conflict in healthy, constructive ways. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be creating distance or tension, and develop practical tools to build a stronger, more resilient partnership.

In our sessions, we may work toward goals such as:
-
Improving communication and conflict resolution
-
Rebuilding trust and emotional connection
-
Deepening friendship, intimacy, and shared meaning
-
Understanding and supporting one another’s needs and perspectives
-
Strengthening your foundation for lasting relationship satisfaction
Couples counselling isn’t about assigning blame — it’s about rediscovering how to work as a team. Whether you’re navigating a period of disconnection, adjusting to life transitions, or simply wanting to nurture your relationship, this is a space to slow down, listen, and reconnect.
