Formal Psychological Assessments
Formal psychological assessment can provide valuable insights into how you think, feel, and function day to day. Assessments are often an important step toward understanding challenges, identifying strengths, and guiding effective support or treatment.
I offer comprehensive psychological assessments for a range of concerns, using evidence-based tools and methods to ensure accurate and meaningful results.
Each assessment is tailored to your individual needs and may explore areas such as:
-
Cognitive and intellectual functioning
-
Attention and executive functioning (e.g. ADHD)
-
Learning difficulties or strengths
-
Emotional wellbeing and mood
-
Personality and coping patterns
Assessments involve a combination of interviews, questionnaires, and standardized testing. Following the assessment, you’ll receive a detailed report and feedback session, providing clear, practical recommendations to support your wellbeing, personal growth, or ongoing care.

Whether you’re seeking greater self-understanding, clarity about a specific concern, or guidance to support learning or workplace needs, a psychological assessment can help bring the pieces together — offering insight, direction, and a path forward.

Note - some of these assessments involve a considerable amount of time to administer. Where necessary, we will aim to administer them over a two-day period (Thursday and Saturday) to prevent test fatigue.
