1. What is a Registered Provisional Psychologist?
A Registered Provisional Psychologist is a title held by individuals who have undergone a minimum of six years of post-secondary education and earned a Masters degree in Psychology or sometimes Counselling. Our academic credentials are rigourously reviewed by our licensing board to ensure we meet the academic requirements to practice psychology in Alberta. At this time, we are granted "provisional" status and complete 1,600 hours of training under the supervision of a Registered Psychologist while we also study for and pass our licensing exams. My supervisor is Meg Hasek-Watt.

We understand that life sometimes happens, and appointments need to be rebooked or cancelled. Please ensure to cancel a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment via telephone or email to avoid being charged the full cost of your appointment.

10. I see there may be a dog onsite. What if I am uncomfortable with or allergic to dogs?
You are our number one priority! At the start of services, there will be a consent form for Kevyn to be present during your session. Please be completely honest on this form as your choice to opt out will always be respected. Kevyn has a bit of a posh suite to hang out in away from the therapy office as needed. We also have a vacuum on site and will vacuum before your appointment. This form is also not-binding; this means just because you consent to her being present one day, you are welcome at any time to say, "not today" and she will be sent to her suite to chill with Netflix and a bone.
