I work from a person-centered and strength-based approach, drawing on techniques from Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Dialectical Behavioural therapy, Solutions-Focused therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Emotionally-Focused Therapy.

Couples / Marriage Counselling
Marriage or couples counselling is available to hetero and same-sex couples wishing to build stronger, lasting connections using the Gottman Method. We are trained in Levels One and Two of the Gottman Method including treating affairs and trauma. The Gottman Method is backed by 50 years of scientific research and utilizes evidence-based methods to repair and restore your relationship.

Sessions are 90 minutes in length.
